Does anyone know where I can find a source (web or print) that would include one or more of the following?
1. A list of parallels between The Gospel of Thomas and the Synoptics?
2. A list of parallels between The Gospel of Thomas and The Gospel of John?
3. A list of parallels between The Gospel of Thomas and the Pauline corpus?
Here’s a couple you’ve probably already seen:

The Synopsis Quattuor Evangeliorum might satisfy #1 & #2 but I’m not positive. I have the Greek-English edition and it doesn’t contain the Gospel of Thomas. I wouldn’t even begin to know where to look for #3. I checked out Walter Wilson’s Pauline Parallels: A Comprehensive Guide and there’s not a single reference to the Gospel of Thomas in it.
April DeConick’s Original Gospel of Thomas in Translation quotes parallels biblical and otherwise with each saying.
I haven’t seen Plisch’s The Gospel of Thomas but would be surpised if he didn’t also make much of parallels.
Synopsis Quattuor indexes citations of Coptic and Greek Thomas parallels, which one can then compare to the other cited parallels on those pages. Lots of work.
Chuck is right, I have DeConick’s Gospel of Thomas in Translation and it has parallels

Thanks everyone, I will check into these recommendations!
Check out my website for a book based on Thomas and what he saw and heard Yeshua do while they were together, mainly teach the Kingdom of Heaven and how to enter it, and curing the sick, the blind, the leprous, even raising the dead, for which he was crucified.
