For about a week two orders of books (one from ChristianBook.com and one from Amazon.com) sat in a USPS mailbox in my apartment building. The USPS thought I had a key and I did not have one! I called the local office and it took a few more days to get a new key to me. That being said, I have now received books that were in my apartment building for several days waiting to be set free.
I purchased three books from CBD for a total of $10.97 ($14.96 after shipping):
– Christopher M. Tuckett, Christology and the New Testament: Jesus and His Earliest Followers ($4.99)
– Stephen Westerholm, Understanding Matthew: The Early Christian Worldview of the First Gospel ($2.99)
– Andrew Lincoln, Truth on Trial: The Lawsuit Motif in the Fourth Gospel ($2.99)
Not a bad penny to pay for a few more Christology and Gospels resources!
WOW! That is a great deal!
those look interesting!
Derek: I know!
Brian: I agree, hence I purchased them! 🙂
I’ve not read the first two, but Lincoln’s Trial is very, very good. Takes a while to plow through it though 😉
Tucket’s book isn’t anything special. I didn’t particularly care for it.
