Really, there is some connection between the two items in the title, but not really. First, I received notice today that Dr. Jim West is doing a preview on Dr. Paul Anderson’s forthcoming book Riddles of the Fourth Gospel (here). As well, Dr. Anderson offered a response to the review, which has appeared as a guest post on Dr. West’s blog (here).
Second, the Prologue of John’s Gospel is the focus of my thesis, which I am wrapping up this semester under Dr. Anderson. The following best describes how life is at this point. To all who are and will be taking on such an endeavor, I present this (HT Amy Manning on Facebook):
