Today I will be in Spokane, WA. The Pacific Northwest Regional Meeting of SBL/AAR is meeting on the campus of Gonzaga University. This is my first SBL related meeting. I will be going to the national conference in San Francisco later this year.
JohnDave Medina will be presenting today from 4-4:45PM on “The Events of John and Mark: Chronology in the Bi-Optic Gospels”. As I read over the program it seems that most of the interesting content is related to Johannine studies, including the book panel schedule for tomorrow morning that is focusing upon Paul Anderson’s The Riddles of the Fourth Gospel (Fortress, 2011). One of the panelist will be fellow blogger Nijay Gupta.
I will share my reflections when I return. It ends Sunday morning.
Congrats JohnDave! I’ll be praying it goes great.
Congrats JD.
You guys get to have all the fun 🙂 Hope there will be a link up to a recording of the presentation.
Hi Brian. So nice to meet you and John. Blessings on your studies and keep up the good work!
@Nijay: It was great meeting you in person as well. I enjoyed your presentation and interaction with Paul during the book panel. Will you be at the national meeting?
