OK, I may be misreading the Book of Jubilees, but does it depict women as being created on the sixth day of creation week (the first week) in 2.14 only to suggest that Eve didn’t exist until she was brought forth from Adam’s side on the sixth day of the second week (3.4-7). I understand that the Book of Genesis has this quagmire embedded, but interpreters have been able to suggest various readings such as Genesis 1 being a “big picture” narrative with Genesis 2 being “small picture” or Genesis 1 being a totally different narrative not connected to Genesis 2 showing that ancient Israelites and Jews didn’t have a singular creation narrative. But Jubilees seems to connect Genesis 1 and 2 by presenting them as the first two weeks of creation’s existence.
