Roger Nam of George Fox University altered me to a blog series titled, “Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda: Reflections on the First Years of Teaching” beginning this week sponsored by the Wabash Center that will feature eight “fulltime religious studies professors to write a blog on one thing that they learned as a new professor”. It appears most of the writers will be younger and newer to the profession. There will be a new post every Tuesday.
For readers of this blog involved in educating student in religious studies or theology I am told that the participants desire for people to interact via the comments section. For those of us who would like to be educators in this arena, I am sure a lot can be learned!
The Wabash Center supports teachers of religion and theology in higher education through meetings and workshops, grants, consultants, a journal and other resources to make accessible the scholarship of teaching and learning. All Wabash Center programs are funded by Lilly Endowment Inc.
