One part of this lecture explored how we talk about bodies with infirmities/disabilities in this age. To see my summary read the blog post. This post is not about that, but about a couple of other posts by Suzanne McCarthy that continue to explore the subject: “A theology of disability (Part 1)” and “A theology of disability (Part 2)”; “A theology of disability: Jean Vanier”.

I have wanted to explore this topic, but if the blog posts are written already we may as well join the conversation there! I think McCarthy has some good discussion starters in the making.
