Perriman’s book “the future of the people of God” is very good on this and one of the most important books on Romans out there.
Whether you agree or not, you’ll definitely want to look at Douglas Campbell’s book, Deliverance of God (especially Part Three). I know it’s a gigantic tome, but it should be a helpful dialogue partner.
Dale Martin’s “Sex and the Single Savior” has quite a bit of exegesis on several verses in this passage. Not sure if it’s quite what you’re looking for, but it’s an awesome book to have, either way.
I agree with Mike S. You must wrestle with Campbell’s reading.
Doug, Mike, and Marcus
I have had several people mention Perriman’s book as well as Campbell’s, in general. I have seen Campbell’s argument summarized, but I have’t read it for myself. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for the heads up. I have heard about this book but didn’t know he gave exegetical attention to this passage.
