Larry Hurtado has made available his recent contribution to The Journal of Theological Studies. It is titled “Interactive Diversity: A Proposed Model of Christian Origins” wherein he challenges the popular “trajectories” model. He observes that few people have attempted to provide a macro-model of Christian origins comparable to the one created by James Robinson and Helmut Koester.
