Bart D. Ehrman‘s newest book (How Jesus Became God: The Exaltation of the Jewish Preacher from Galilee) has people talking (he’s good at that!) and two of those people are my doctoral supervisor Craig A. Evans and fellow doctoral student Greg Monette. Evans was interviewed by Acadia Divinity College broadly about the response book How God Became Jesus: The Real Origins of Belief in Jesus’ Divine Nature —A Response to Bart D. Ehrman and more precisely about Ehrman’s claims regarding Jesus’ burial since Evans’ chapter deals with this subject. I’ve embedded the video just below.
